Strong hearts
Whether it’s football or netball for you, we have multiple pitches, team kits and coaches ready to take these teams to the next level both in practice and competition. These field sports get the blood pumping and we believe in the mind and body benefits of a good sweaty run.

Strong minds
While kids can be found playing with home-made footballs before they can even walk, the court-based sports of volleyball and basket ball are less common. We are fortunate to be able to offer both. The lack of familiarity with these games stretches our students to learn new skills, new formations, new strategies and new techniques in a way that challenges their minds and bodies.

Strong bodies
The athletic sports of running and swimming are different in that each athlete is pushed to be his or her own personal best. For some, running hard and fast is a route to self-confidence. For others, learning to swim is both a matter of safety and fun. We are fortunate to offer both so that every child can learn what fitness means to them.
